- I confirm I am 18 years or older and accept responsibility as the supervising adult for any participants under 18 in my group.
- I understand that players under 9 years old are not permitted.
- I agree to follow all staff instructions and behave responsibly throughout the experience.
- I understand that inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
